Open portal to read single operation details

GET 
/embed/api/workflows/:workflowName/runs/:runId

Used to embed the full transcript/diagnostics data of a loaded run. The interface still needs a valid embed token, and verify actor visibility by currently logged in user, anonymous user, or administrator/project creator privileges.
