Replace Workflow scheduled task configuration

PUT 
/api/workflows/:workflowName/schedules/:scheduleId

Full replacement edits the configuration and recalculates the next trigger; the original creator identity does not change. Returns 409 if there is a pending, running, or waiting_for_input fire to avoid changing the version, entry, or parameters of the fire during recovery.
