Simulate payment and fulfill order to Sub2API

/api/auth/sub2api/orders/:orderId/pay

A subscription order assigns or renews a 30-day subscription after creating a grouping key; a balance order only increases the account-level shared balance for the current Sub2API user. The external write uses the order ID to generate the idempotent key. The plaintext of the key is discarded immediately after the response is created, is not written to the Workflow Server database, and is not returned to the user.
