Synchronous API key grouping presentation from Sub2API

/api/auth/admin/sub2api/api-key-groups/sync

Rereads the API key grouping for Sub2API, bypassing the short-term cache, merging the saved open selections and logging the administrator synchronization audit events. This operation does not copy the Sub2API grouping details to the Workflow Server database. Accessible only to system.admin.
