Save Sub2API API key groupings available to Server users

This endpoint has been deprecated and may be replaced or removed in future versions of the API.

The Sub2API packet is re-read and all groupId are verified before saving. An empty array means that no grouping is provided to the Server user. Compatible with the old client; retains the existing package price of the selected group, and the price of the newly selected group is 0 by default. Only system.admin is accessible.
